The Day Pass payment is NON-refundable. In case of not using it in its entirety, the difference will not be returned.

Pet Friendly for Hotel Guests Only

Our rooftop area is pet-friendly exclusively for hotel guests’ pets.

Pets of day pass users are not allowed in this space; however, we always invite you to visit the beach club.

Exception:
Only people with certified service pets have allowed access with a day pass. To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, a $135 USD hold will be placed for day pass users with a certified service pet. (The original certificate must be presented at reception.)
