Born in Madrid in 1991, Clara Cebrián graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Design for Interactive Moving Image from the London College of Communication. Her intuitive and vibrant artistic practice fuses painting, animation, drawing, GIFs, video art, ceramics, textile design, and site-specific interventions, constructing a unique visual universe that reflects everyday life with unexpected humor and poetry. She has held more than twenty exhibitions in just five years, including solo shows such as “Toreros y Cohetes” (2015 at Slowtrack, Madrid), “Lenta, Despacio” (2018, Concept Store, Madrid), “Piedra, Papel, Madera” (2018, Proyecto H, Mexico City), “Muchas cosas muy importantes” (2019, 2B Space to Be, Madrid) and "Made in China" (2019–2020, We Collect, Madrid). In 2023, she presented her first solo show in Greece, Hello Adulthood, in Athens, where she explored the tensions between childhood fantasy and adult expectations. Her talent has been recognized with the Banco Santander Foundation Video Talent Award (2013) and her participation in programs such as Swatch Creative Natives (2018) and several artist residencies at Proyectote (Mexico City), Hotel El Ganzo (Baja California), Casa Balandra (Mallorca), Utopías Domésticas (Madrid), and Mamula Island (Montenegro). In addition, her work is present in collections such as AT Colección and Aldebaran, and has been highlighted by media outlets such as Vogue Spain as one of the voices that are reshaping contemporary art in Spain. Cebrián lives and works between Madrid, Sicily, and Mexico City, and her work displays a sensitivity between the intimate and the expansive: from fragments of memory, fleeting emotions, and study experiences, to gardens that bloom in winter or visual metaphors of adulthood, all mediated by a language in which the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

En marzo 2020, al inicio de la pandemia, Clara de Cebrián se quedo varada en el hotel varias semenas durante las cuales produjo un extenso cuerpo de obra: murales, múltiples pinturas sobre tela y sobre papel.
