Born on the border between Tijuana and San Diego, Chef José Luis Hinostroza brings a playful yet elevated approach to Baja flavors—infusing the familiar with technique, and the casual with soul. The Rooftop menu is a tribute to classics reimagined: guacamole with herb oil, tacos with amaranth tempura, shrimp tostadas kissed with XO sauce, sandwiches layered with surprising depth. Everything is crafted with local ingredients, designed to be shared, and meant to pair effortlessly with a chilled cocktail or a crisp glass of Valle de Guadalupe wine. From spicy mezcalitas to herb-forward spritzes, the cocktail list is built to complement the sun, the sea, and the slow rhythm of a day well spent.

Our rooftop area is pet-friendly exclusively for hotel guests’ pets. Pets of day pass users are not allowed in this space; however, we always invite you to visit the beach club.

Exception:

Only people with certified service pets have allowed access with a day pass. To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, a $135 USD hold will be placed for day pass users with a certified service pet. (The original certificate must be presented at reception.)
