Playa El Ganzo, the hotel’s beach and swim club, sits on one of the only swimmable beaches in all of San José del Cabo. Nestled in a calm, swimmable cove just minutes from the hotel, this is where saltwater, sound, and stillness come together.

Settle into a cabana, lounge on a sunbed, or stretch out on the sand with toes in the tide. A full-service restaurant and bar anchors the experience, offering open-air dining just steps from the shoreline.
The Beach Club comes alive with a regular rhythm of DJ sets, live music, outdoor movie nights on the jetty, and pop-up events that unfold against a backdrop where the ocean meets the sky.

At the Beach Club, Chef José Luis Hinostroza draws inspiration from the beach towns and port cities that define Mexico’s coastal identity—from the Pacific to the Gulf of Mexico to Yucatán. The menu is bright, bold, and deeply rooted in tradition. Whole fried fish, ceviches with citrus and chile, charred vegetables, grilled meats, and beachside staples get a thoughtful twist—all made with locally sourced ingredients and respect for their origin. It’s fresh. It’s unfussy. It’s food meant for bare feet and long afternoons.
