Originally from Ciudad Fernández, San Luis Potosí, Emmanuel Carvajal has emerged as a vibrant voice in contemporary muralism. Although his training did not follow a formal academic path, his work was born out of an intuitive practice: he first digitally colored spaces in Mexico City, and after the pandemic, he decided to bring that chromatic imagery to life through physical interventions full of life. Carvajal has participated in residencies such as the one at Hotel El Ganzo in Los Cabos, where he transformed facades and corridors with his bright palette, and has intervened in emblematic public spaces such as markets, museums, and hotels in Mexico City. He was also part of the exhibition “Éramos felices y no lo sabíamos” (We Were Happy and Didn't Know It) at the Jumex Collection in Spain in 2025, where he reaffirmed his international relevance. His art seeks to make the joy of color tangible in everyday life and awaken in the viewer the courage to use it freely in their daily lives.
