Hotel El Ganzo is a 69-room independent hotel with two restaurants and a private beach club, located in a singular stretch of coastline in Baja California Sur. Founded in 2012 by Pablo Sánchez Navarro as an artist’s residency and recording studio with rooms, El Ganzo has evolved to offer an immersive seaside getaway with a renegade spirit and art at the heart.

Perched between a marina and a working fishermen’s dock in San Jose del Cabo, the hotel offers panoramic views where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. It’s a place to immerse—whether at the rooftop pool and bar, the swimmable beach club, the spa and bathhouse, or in daily happenings from rooftop yoga to live music by the firepit. El Ganzo is animated by the rhythm of art and community.
